1. Customer must inspect shipment on delivery; note it on the shipping document and notify shipper in writing of any damage within 1 week of receipt (or

3. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a product refund (excluding freight). Contact TouchAmerica for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for purchases made directly from TouchAmerica. Orders placed through distributors are subject to the distributor's return policy. Products must be in new condition and returned in suitable packing material to qualify for a refund. A 15-30% restocking fee may be charged for any returned item.
4. Custom items are not returnable, a 15-30% restocking fee may be charged for cancelled special-order items.
