Design & build
Sauna Builds
Custom thermal and infrared saunas engineered to your existing conditions: power, plumbing, insulation, ceiling height. Benching, surfacing, doors, stoves, lighting and sound. Prefab kits too, when that's the right call.
Halotherapy
Salt Walls & Salt Rooms
Backlit Himalayan salt walls, caves, inhalation rooms and salt towers, from tile layout and lighting to halogenerator sizing, ventilation and acoustics. Design through installation.
Wet rooms
Hydrotherapy & Wet Areas
Vichy showers, wet tables, soaking and body-treatment rooms, specified around your drainage, water supply and waterproofing realities, not around a catalog page.

Robin Zill needed a portable massage table. Stewart Griffith built her one. Four decades later that same shop in Prospect Hill mills cabinetry for resorts on six continents. Our subsidiary, Touch International, designs and manufactures for some of the largest names in spa and hospitality.

The form below takes about two minutes. Plans and photos help, but a rough square footage and a budget range are enough to start.
STEP 02
Design & specification
We come back with a layout, an equipment and millwork schedule, finish options and honest lead times, including what we'd cut if the budget is tight.
STEP 03
Manufactured in North Carolina
Your equipment, cabinetry and sauna components are built in our own plant, in coordinated finishes, on a schedule we control.
STEP 04
Delivery & installation
We coordinate with your GC and trades, install, commission the equipment, and train your staff on it before we leave.

Roughly half our work is a renovation or a single new service: a sauna added to an existing locker room, a salt wall in an underused room. The other half is ground-up. Both are worth a conversation. And if you're rolling the same concept out across multiple sites, we can build to a repeatable spec so location four costs less to open than location one.

Before you ask
Three things people check first.
What are your lead times?
Equipment typically runs 2–4 weeks. Custom millwork, saunas and salt rooms depend on scope and finish selections. We'll give you a real date with the quote, not a placeholder.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. We quote a single treatment table as readily as a full wellness floor. If a prefab kit genuinely serves you better than a custom build, we'll say so.
Do you work outside North Carolina?
Yes. We ship and install across the U.S. and internationally, and work through an established distributor network. Residential projects are welcome alongside commercial.
